All rates are single and double occupancy.  A $35 per person charge for additional persons applies.  All prices listed above are subject to applicable state, local and transient taxes.

You can guarantee your room with a one or two night deposit.  This deposit is fully refundable or transferable up to seven days before the convention begins.  Group convention rates are available for 3 days before and 3 days after convention dates.

Be sure to state that you will be attending the Hawaii State PTSA Convention to qualify for these special low rates!

Air Travel

The easiest way to travel to convention is in and out of the Kapalua Airport, only ten minutes away from the convention site. 

Island Air has a limited number of seats on all flights between Honolulu and Kapalua for only $32.10 each way.  Book your reservation online for the best rates at www.islandair.com.  In addition, Island Air is currently offering 10% off of their standard airfares for Convention attendees. 

Mokulele Airline will fly to Kapalua Airport starting this month as go! Express. They are offering convention delegates a special roundtrip airfare of $77.46 between Honolulu and Kapalua.  Call toll free 1-866-260-7070 and tell them you are with the HSPTSA Convention.

Delegates from the Big Island and Kauai may find the best connections to Kahului Airport or connecting flights through Honolulu to Kapalua.                                                                        

Ground Transportation  

Shuttle service to and from Kapalua Airport will be arranged as we near convention time.  Parking at the Royal Lahaina Resort is $10 per day.  From Kahului, it may be best to rent a car and carpool with other delegates.

Childcare

Please indicate on the registration form if you would like childcare on Saturday and/or Sunday.  Arrangements will be made in accordance with the level of interest.
