Legislative conference is what grassroots advocacy is all about. PTA advocates ~ members, local unit leaders and concerned individuals ~ from across the state come together at this annual event to discuss, debate, and prioritize a wide range of issues they feel are most critical at this time. The result is a true grassroots platform which will determine what legislation the Hawaii State PTSA will monitor and attempt to affect and influence. We encourage attendance by all PTA members. This is your opportunity to have hear directly from policy makers and top education officials in this state. Your voice is needed. Please plan to attend and encourage fellow PTA members and leaders in your school community to attend as well.
