Student Representatives Urge All Students to "GET OUT AND GET ACTIVE"

Aloha!!

We are the Hawaii State PTSA's student representatives -- Ben Massenburg (Maui) and Alana Cullen (Oahu) -- and we have alot to offer because of many years experience of being involved in the PTSA. We look forward to working together.

We are still looking for more students to join us from Oahu, the Big Island and Kauai. If you know of anyone who might be interested, please contact us at ben5th@gmail.com.

We again want to focus on developing a student committee which can consist of as many students we can get from anywhere in the State of Hawaii. Our focus and theme will once again be:

"GET OUT AND GET ACTIVE"

because we intend to get out and become more active with whats going on in our education system. Right now we are working on recruiting students, then we will decide when and where our meetings will be held. This committee will be a great way for students to become aware of and involved with their education. It will also give everyone a chance to have a voice. By joining, students can meet new people from all around the islands. Another bonus is that it looks really good on student resumes for college. So if you or any one (grades 9-12) is interested is joining this awesome committee, send us your name, phone number, and an issue you would like to see addressed to ben5th@gmail.com.
