Hawaii State PTSA Honorary Lifetime Membership Award

The Hawaii State PTSA shall, under rules and regulations as may be prescribed by the Board of Directors, confer Hawaii Honorary Lifetime Memberships upon persons who have distinguished themselves in service to children and youth. 

Any individual who meets the criteria above may be nominated for Honorary Lifetime Membership in the Hawaii State PTSA by any constituent organization, by the President of the Hawaii State PTSA, or by the Board of Directors upon its own initiative.

The sponsor shall make a contribution of fifty dollars ($50.00) to the Hawaii State PTSA in recognition of the selection of the nominee as a Hawaii State PTSA Honorary Lifetime Member. All such contributions shall be deposited into an account specifically designated for and to fund the Hawaii State PTSA Admiral Jefferson Community Service Award.

An Honorary Lifetime Member - 

• Shall receive a “Honorary Lifetime Membership” certificate signed by the president and secretary of the Hawaii State PTSA
• Shall be recognized and/or presented with their award at the annual convention of the Hawaii State PTSA
• Shall not have voting rights or be deemed a dues-paying member of the National PTA or the Hawaii State PTSA
• Shall be entitled to guest privileges at the annual State Convention upon payment of the convention registration fee
• May become an active member of the National PTA and Hawaii State PTSA through membership in a local PTA or the Aloha PTSA

• Nominations may be made at any time during the year.
• Any number of nominations may be submitted. 
• Please allow 30 days to process your request.
• One form per nominee, please.
